Description  of the offre :

As a manager of the job offers files, your role within YULCOM Technologies will be to participate in the assembly and follow-up of national and international job offers’ files.

Attached to the business development department, you are in charge of participating in two types of missions:


  • Prepare job offers’ documents (financial and technical offers)
  • Formalize and supervise the consultation procedure
  • Monitor and manage the company’s public contracts
  • Ensure an advisory and expert role
  • Participate in the programming of the purchasing policy and its action plan
  • Analyzer of legislative and regulatory texts in the field
  • Leverage data sources
  • Develop the specifications of the domain and the contractual / financial documents that require it
  • Write procedures and design decision support documents
  • Conduct and lead meetings with various stakeholders
  • Writer of activity reports.


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, business administration or an equivalent field; negotiation…

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of three (03) years of experience in information technology and in setting up job offers’ documents for intellectual services;
  • Analytical mind, always looking for solutions to challenges;
  • Able to work independently, team player and participatory;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Concern for a job well done and respect for deadlines;
  • Excellent in French; High level of English (an asset).
