Job description:
YULCOM is currently recruiting Business Development Manager to contribute to the business development of the company in Belgium.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Develop proposals for cooperation’s projects on digital solutions
- Develop technical and financial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Experience:
- At least two years of work experience into international consulting with international donors
- At least two years’ experience in bid management
Skills:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Technical expertise in digital transformation, financial inclusion, health-tech, and education
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
