Jeune Afrique : YULCOM wants to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence between Canada and Africa.
The company announced on August 1, 2019 the creation of a team of experts to support African governments wishing to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their digital platforms. Founded in Montreal by the Canadian-Burkinabè entrepreneur, Youmani Jérôme Lankoandé, YULCOM has carried out hundreds of digital transformation projects in America, Asia and Europe.
After delivering projects financed by the World Bank in Africa, the company intends to strengthen its presence there. “We are interested in the application of AI in the public sector. With AI, governments will be able to improve e-services, education, and increase public revenue,” said Mr. Lankoandé, CEO of YULCOM.
