YULCOM Technologies has won an international call for tenders from the OIF in Paris to develop digital tools. This project consists of developing web and mobile applications, integrating with third-party partner applications, and deploying in the cloud.
The entire YULCOM team in Canada and internationally is delighted by this mark of confidence from the OIF.
About OIF
“La Francophonie” is first and foremost women and men who share a common language, French. The latest report from “Observatoire de la langue française”, published in 2018, estimates their number at 300 millions speakers, spread across five continents.

It is then an institutional mechanism dedicated to promote French and implement political, educational, economic and cultural cooperation within the 88 states and governments of the OIF. This system is set by “the francophonie Charter”, adopted in 1997: its highest authority is the Francophonie summit; her keystone is the Francophonie general Secretary, a position held by Louise Mushikiwabo.
The OIF implements Francophone multilateral cooperation alongside the Parliamentary Assembly of Francophonie and four operators: the “Agence universitaire de la Francophonie” (AUF), TV5MONDE, the International Association of Francophone Mayors (AIMF ) and Senghor University in Alexandria.
