Description of the offre :
As a manager of the job offers files, your role within YULCOM Technologies will be to participate in the assembly and follow-up of national and international job offers’ files.
Attached to the business development department, you are in charge of participating in two types of missions:
Tasks:
- Prepare job offers’ documents (financial and technical offers)
- Formalize and supervise the consultation procedure
- Monitor and manage the company’s public contracts
- Ensure an advisory and expert role
- Participate in the programming of the purchasing policy and its action plan
- Analyzer of legislative and regulatory texts in the field
- Leverage data sources
- Develop the specifications of the domain and the contractual / financial documents that require it
- Write procedures and design decision support documents
- Conduct and lead meetings with various stakeholders
- Writer of activity reports.
Training:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, business administration or an equivalent field; negotiation…
Qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum of three (03) years of experience in information technology and in setting up job offers’ documents for intellectual services;
- Analytical mind, always looking for solutions to challenges;
- Able to work independently, team player and participatory;
- High attention to detail;
- Concern for a job well done and respect for deadlines;
- Excellent in French; High level of English (an asset).
