Digitalization and E-Justice: YULCOM Delivered the New Web Platform for the Quebec Administrative Tribunal
On June 27th, YULCOM delivered the new web platform for the Quebec Administrative Tribunal.
This platform offers several on-demand services, including filing an appeal online, quick access to essential information for preparing for a hearing, and a guide for attending an online hearing.
The web platform also allows users to:
- Find the most relevant information possible using an easy-to-use, tolerant, and high-performance search engine that provides precise results.
- Enjoy an optimized mobile experience that is adapted to all devices and types of use.
- Ensure accessibility for people with disabilities (perception, use, understanding, etc.) by complying with government standards in this area.
Any citizen can approach the Tribunal when they wish to contest a decision made by Public Administration (ministries, organizations, boards, commissions, municipalities, etc.).
The YULCOM team had the great pleasure of collaborating with the Tribunal team on the redesign of their web platform.
