Digital Health: YULCOM Selected by the Global Fund for the Digitalization of 5 Hospitals in Togo
December 4, 2024 – YULCOM Technologies has been selected to implement an information and patient record tracking system for five hospitals in Togo. As part of this agreement with the Project Management Unit of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Togo, YULCOM will provide IT services to develop a hospital information system (HIS) capable of recording all patient-related data from their hospital admission onward.
At the end of the project, YULCOM will deliver a hospital information system (HIS) to the beneficiary hospitals, enhancing data collection and analysis, care coordination, and informed decision-making within the facilities. The HIS will include modules for managing admissions, diagnoses, laboratory work, treatments, prescriptions, discharges, and post-discharge follow-up. Additionally, it will feature decision-support algorithms, dashboards, and integration with DHIS2.
