1. Purpose

The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy of YULCOM Technologies Inc. ensures that the company, its subsidiaries, and partners operate in a sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible manner. It guides the integration of ESG best practices across daily operations, reduces associated risks, and reflects our commitment to being a responsible and engaged corporate citizen in all communities where we work.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, managers, executives, consultants, contractors, and suppliers working with or on behalf of YULCOM. We encourage all partners to adopt standards aligned with our ESG commitments. Local offices may set more ambitious environmental or social targets based on regional realities.

3. Guiding Principles

YULCOM’s ESG framework is grounded in the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the importance of inclusive and responsible workplace environments, the integration of sustainability into our technology services, and business practices based on ethics, transparency, and respect for human rights. We commit to aligning our actions with these principles across all countries where we operate.

4. ESG Objectives and Strategic Priorities

Our ESG strategy focuses on three priorities: Talent, Communities, and Climate, supported by strong governance.

4.1 Talent

YULCOM fosters diversity, inclusion, professional development, and well-being among teams worldwide.

4.1.1 Long-Term Targets (5–7 years)

  • Achieve equitable diversity representation at all levels, including leadership.

  • Double the number of participants in our education, mentorship, internship, and scholarship programs compared to our total workforce.

4.1.2 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

YULCOM commits to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, providing training on inclusive communication and cultural awareness, implementing inclusive hiring practices, supporting employee resource groups and safe spaces, and monitoring DEI progress in all business units.

4.1.3 Educational Programs

To reduce digital inequality, YULCOM supports STEM activities, organizes workshops, mentoring programs, and internships, and contributes to initiatives that improve youth access to technology education.

4.1.4 Health and Well-Being

YULCOM promotes physical and mental health, provides access to psychological and professional support, and ensures a safe and ergonomic work environment.

4.2 Communities

4.2.1 Priority

We contribute positively to the social and economic development of the communities where we operate.

4.2.2 Local Engagement Model

Our teams support local initiatives through volunteer and pro bono projects, an internal platform connecting employees to community opportunities (“YULCOM in Action”), and dedicated organizational support.

4.2.3 Digital Inclusion

We work to strengthen digital skills among underserved populations, encourage reuse and recycling of technological equipment, and promote safe, ethical, and responsible digital practices.

4.2.4 Partnerships

YULCOM maintains or increases its social investment, supports nonprofit organizations, encourages employee volunteerism, and provides technological expertise to community initiatives.

4.3 Climate and Environment

4.3.1 Priority

We minimize our environmental footprint across operations, services, supply chains, and community projects.

4.3.2 Sustainability Principles

  • Meet or exceed environmental regulations.

  • Achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.

  • Reduce emissions linked to infrastructure, travel, and services.

4.3.3 Global Environmental Management Standards

These principles are implemented across all business units, with local offices free to adopt more ambitious plans. YULCOM commits to selecting renewable-energy data centers, accelerating renewable energy adoption in offices, offering eco-driving training, reducing the impact of business travel, limiting environmental impacts of internal events, tracking all waste including electronic waste, applying sustainable resource and waste management practices, integrating sustainability into procurement, extending IT equipment life cycles, eliminating single-use plastics, removing plastic bottles in offices with safe drinking water, and regularly communicating environmental policies and progress through training and awareness.

4.3.4 Sustainable Services for Our Clients

YULCOM supports clients by implementing sustainable digital solutions, improving operational processes in health, transport, justice, and logistics, reducing environmental impacts, and promoting circular and socially responsible business models.

4.4 Governance

4.4.1 Ethics

Our Code of Ethics guides employees, clients, partners, and suppliers, requires respect for human rights, and mandates annual training including anti-corruption measures.

4.4.2 Human Rights

We uphold the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Global Compact, strictly prohibiting forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and violations of privacy.

4.4.3 Responsible Procurement

Supplier evaluations consider social commitment, environmental impact, and ethical and regulatory performance.

4.4.4 Data Protection

YULCOM applies international data protection standards, including GDPR, for all personal data processed internally or on behalf of clients.

5. ESG Governance

Our governance structure includes oversight by the Board of Directors and executive leadership, an ESG Committee coordinating strategy, country-level ESG representatives, and monthly working groups monitoring progress.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

Employees, clients, partners, and investors contribute to our ESG priorities. We regularly consult them through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms to inform strategy and planning.

7. Disclosure

YULCOM publishes an annual internal ESG report outlining targets, results, progress, and strategic adjustments, aligned with international non-financial reporting standards.

8. Policy Review

This policy may be updated based on YULCOM’s evolving ESG strategy. Any revisions will be communicated through www.yulcom-technologies.com or other appropriate channels.
