Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Proposal Specialist (Software & Digital Solutions)to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet client needs. Your daily responsibilities will include requirements analysis, solution design, coordination with development teams, drafting technical proposals, and contributing to responses for RFPs/RFIs.
This position is hybrid, based in Lomé, with remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Information Technology Skills: Experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
- Solution Architecture Expertise: Strong ability to design and implement technological solutions aligned with business needs.
- Business Process Skills: Ability to analyze and improve client business processes.
- Software Development Knowledge: Experience in developing and deploying software solutions.
- Web Software Programming: Skills in web programming technologies and frameworks (front-end and back-end development).
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing technology projects from planning to execution.
- Knowledge of programming languages and project management tools is an asset.
