On the sidelines of the Francophonie Summit – Djerba, November 19-20, 2022, in Djerba (Tunisia), the Premier of Quebec, François Legault, congratulated the YULCOM team for the contracts obtained from the OIF to develop digital platforms for learning French in the world.
During the photo opportunity, the Premier of Quebec was accompanied by the Minister of International Relations and Francophonie, Martine Biron, the Administrator of the OIF, Mr. Geoffroi Montpetit and the President of Investissement Québec International, Hubert Bolduc.
