The business developer is responsible for business development and in charge of sales. He will have to take charge of the business development of YULCOM Technologies. He will have to define beneficial business strategies and policies taking into account the challenges of the market and the objectives of the company in business development. He will have to maintain business partnerships between the company and customers in order to ensure sustainable growth in the market, and this with professionalism. This person must adhere to the values ​​of the company, demonstrate collaboration and keep their commitments in terms of deliverables and deadlines.

  1. Definition and implementation of the sales strategy
  • In-depth analysis of the market, to existing customers, prospects as well as identify opportunities through market segmentation
  • Develop an action plan for the effective development of the strategy
  • Complete and structure the sales force
  • Establish sales objectives for the next three years with the management team
  • Define the appropriate means to develop the company’s offer: put in place a realistic operational plan and the tools necessary for the B2B sales team between YULCOM Technologies and the local representatives.
  • Organize a customer qualification process, connection, presentation, sales and marketing in store.
  • Manage the organization of events and sales, promotion and communication material.


  1. Management of strategy and commercial development
  • Lead, animate and coordinate the sales force and trade shows
  • Define and prioritize the brand’s objectives and action plans
  • Initiate and monitor strategic accounts and manage, in collaboration with the sales force, the development of major customer accounts.
  • Carry out bids and offers and new project proposals and conduct negotiations in connection with the signing of new contracts or agreements.
  • Act as an external representative vis-à-vis strategic clients in the promotion of the company


  1. Results monitoring and budget control
  • Monitoring sales results and measuring the achievement of set objectives
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs
  • Formulate appropriate solutions and implement
  • Provide « reporting » to management on changes in turnover and on the company’s profitability.


  1. Relations with other entities

The business developer will work closely with the management of the head office of YULCOM Technologies to coordinate project developments for clients.

  1. Candidate profile


  • Bac + 4 in marketing and / or sales or relevant training (s)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (s) in a similar position in business development
  • Good knowledge of the business environment
