YULCOM is currently looking for a functional analyst to join a development team and participate in a mandate with a client in Ville Saint-Laurent.<\/p>\n

The job responsibilities are:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Analyze the customer’s needs and support them in defining their needs, orient them towards the appropriate functional solutions, taking into account budgetary commitments and delivery deadlines;
\n\u2022 Guide the development teams in their analyzes and resolve functional problems that arise during the project so that the solutions proposed are coherent and take into account both the needs of the users and the system architecture as well as the constraints to be respected;
\n\u2022 Coordinate the project between the production teams and the project committee by guiding and coordinating the contribution of advisers;
\n\u2022 Identify systems optimization opportunities, follow the evolution of IT systems and advise users on the computerization of operations, the development of management and analysis tools and the management of systems;
\n\u2022 Develop the various strategies related to testing, training and implementation.<\/p>\n
Analysis and documentation<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the PO in
\n– Writing product specifications;<\/p>\n
– Prioritization of specifications according to the needs of the company;<\/p>\n
– The organization of sprints<\/p>\n
– Grooming to obtain estimates of achievements
\n\u2022 Documentation of digital product delivery solutions (SEM \/ SEO, Website creation, Domain creation, etc.) of business services as well as business requirements impacting the solutions;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Analyze and model business processes (BPMN 2.0);<\/p>\n
\u2022 Produce solution documents, component diagrams, Use Cases (UML);<\/p>\n
\u2022 Make sure to document enough information for programmers to accomplish their tasks;<\/p>\n
Test<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure compliance with the functionalities defined in the analyzes before going to integrated testing and quality assurance;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Write and perform functional tests;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with integration, acceptance and user testing.<\/p>\n
Others<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support for developers throughout the implementation phase;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Follow-up with project managers for the progress of the project;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Regular interaction with integration architects.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bacc. in IT or management IT or equivalent;<\/p>\n
\u2022 1-3 years in IT \/ IS;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong experience in functional analysis;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in business analysis<\/p>\n
Required knowledge: Design of SOAP and REST web services; \u2022 SQL; \u2022 JIRA; \u2022 Agile Scrum mode; \u2022 Business process (BPM); \u2022 Business service, SOA \u2022 micro-service; \u2022 UIX<\/p>\n
Basic knowledge of the following Technologies: Java, Angular JS, Tibco BPM, and ESB (or other middleware), Oracle, SQL, JIRA, Confluence,<\/p>\n
Personal skills and abilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bilingual (French and English);<\/p>\n
