Job Summary<\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to be responsible for managing the development team and overseeing the development of software applications and systems. The Lead Developer will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the development team is meeting deadlines and requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing new software solutions.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Develop and manage project plans and timelines<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Keep projects on schedule to meet deadlines<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Design and develop new software solutions and maintain existing software systems<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Identify development opportunities and prioritize projects<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the team meets deadlines and requirements<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Provide technical oversight and ensure software quality standards are met<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Write testable and scalable code for programs<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Educate junior developers on best practices<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Take part in various business activities like client communications, marketing and sales<\/p>\n

Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field<\/p>\n

\u00b7 5+ years of experience in software development and project management<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience leading a development team<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proficiency in web development technologies, such as PHP, Java, and JavaScript<\/p>\n

\u00b7 3+ years administering Atlassian Suite Applications.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience supporting Atlassian tools in an AWS environment.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience performing Atlassian Installation, upgrades and migrations.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with Export\/Import of Jira\/Confluence Projects.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Understand basic database administration, and competency in writing SQL queries.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with security, change\/configuration management procedures and policies.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Familiarity with database design and development<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with source control systems and version control<\/p>\n
